National Times Bureau :- The weather has significantly changed in Punjab and Chandigarh after heavy rain lashed several parts including Mohali, Ludhiana and Jalandhar.   The Chandigarh Meteorological Centre has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms, rain, lightning, and strong winds blowing at speeds of 40 to 50 km per hour.
