Major Chandigarh police reshuffle: 10 SHOs transferred, 21 inspectors shifted

National Times Bureau :- In a major grassroots-level overhaul, the Chandigarh Police on Tuesday night transferred 21 inspectors, including 10 of the 16 Station House Officers (SHOs), in an effort to bring in fresh leadership and strengthen policing on the ground. According to an official order issued by SP (PEB), Headquarters & EOW, Manjeet, the large-scale reshuffle is aimed at revitalising operations at the police station level.
