New Delhi (National Times): A mild earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Haryana’s Jhajjar district on Thursday morning, with tremors felt across several parts of the Delhi-NCR region. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the quake occurred at 9:04 AM, with its epicentre located 3 km northeast of Jhajjar, approximately 51 km west of Delhi. The quake originated at a depth of 10 km below the surface. Residents in parts of Delhi, Gurugram, Rohtak, Panipat, Hisar, and Meerut reported feeling the tremors.
