Chandigarh: NIA court to declare Goldy Brar fugitive, issues 30-day ultimatum

National Times Bureau :-A National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court in Chandigarh has issued a 30-day ultimatum to terrorist Satwinder Singh alias Goldy Brar to appear in person within 30 days. The court has also directed the agency to declare him fugitive if he fails to appear in the court.   A case of kidnapping a businessman was registered against Goldy Brar in Chandigarh on January 20, 2024, which the NIA took over on March 8, 2024.
