Surrey, B.C (Rajeev Sharma): A 20-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle accident late Sunday night in South Surrey. The crash occurred around 9:37 p.m. on February 22, near the Morgan Heights neighborhood, when a vehicle veered off the road and rolled into a water-filled ditch. Emergency responders, including the Surrey Police Service (SPS) and Surrey Fire Service, arrived at the scene along 168 Street, north of 40 Avenue, to find the car partially submerged. Firefighters successfully extracted the driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and immediately began life-saving measures alongside BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) paramedics.…
