Chandigarh, February 27, 2025 – The Haryana government has approved the promotion of 27 Haryana Civil Services (HCS) officers to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). This decision was taken by a committee chaired by Chief Minister Nayab Saini and includes officers from the 2002 to 2004 batches.
