Amritsar (Gurpreet Singh): In a significant operation targeting organized crime, the Amritsar Commissionerate Police have arrested three individuals involved in trafficking heroin and illegal firearms, recovering 4.5 kilograms of heroin and a pistol, Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav confirmed. Investigations revealed that the accused were in contact with an overseas handler via social media platforms, following instructions to transport and supply heroin and illegal arms across multiple locations in Punjab.
