Zirakpur (Gurpreet Singh): A major fire broke out at Chhatbir Zoo this morning around 8 a.m., reducing around 18 electric rickshaws to ashes. According to zoo staff, the blaze started suddenly in the parking area where the e-rickshaws were stationed. Within minutes, the fire spread rapidly, engulfing all the parked vehicles. The staff immediately alerted the fire brigade, and multiple fire tenders rushed to the spot. Firefighters managed to bring the flames under control after a strenuous effort.
