Chandigarh (Gurpreet Singh): Punjab has secured the top rank in school education across the country, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced on Monday, highlighting significant reforms and increased investment in the sector.Addressing a press conference, Mann said Punjab has surpassed Kerala to achieve the number one position.
